The perfect cupcake!  Rich, moist, dark chocolate cake with peanut buttercream icing. Completed with swirled chocolate gonache, and a hidden Reese's peanut butter cup.  Simply delicious!  Would make Fathers day just a little more special.

The most fun cake yet!  This was a rainbow unicorn cake make for one of my very favorite little four year old girl!  The entire cake was hand made by me, all from scratch of course!  From the rainbow to the unicorn I had so much fun making this cake!  The best part was getting a big hug from the birthday girl when she saw her cake!  The second best part was when all the kids said oooh as the cake was sliced!  So So So much fun!

Darth Maul!!!  Wow how much fun was this cake to make!!!  The perfect cake for a seven year old boy who loves Star Wars!  I was asked by a friend if I could make a Darth Maul (Star Wars character) cake for her nephew who was turning seven years old.  The entire cake (Darth Maul and all) were hand made and created.  Above is the outcome.  The best part of this cake is Darth Maul's horns are 3-D and the inside of the cake is red velvet with chocolate cream cheese frosting!  I think the boys will love it!
